Motorhome and campervan meet-up Vilamagore 2023
We are pleased to invite you to the motorhome and campervan meet-up organized by Kucavana and the Sant Pere de Vilamajor Town Hall, our beloved town, year after year since 2019.
The meeting will take place during the Vilamagore medieval fair, full of shows and activities throughout the day.
Sant Pere de Vilamajor, is a place that you should not miss. Nature, culture, history, fountains, the Montseny and much more awaits you in this beautiful town near Barcelona.
Now, if on top of that you go in the framework of the Vilamagore medieval fair, unique for its more than 500 volunteers, performances and shows and in a meeting that unites motorhomes and campers, this makes it an essential plan!

IMPORTANT: Access to the meeting point will only be granted with prior registration and confirmation by email.
Sant Pere is a small municipality and it fills up with cars during the Vilamagore, so it will NOT be possible to access it by motorhome without prior registration within the meeting.
Meeting schedule
Program Friday 3 November:
– From 17:30 PM: Arrival at the meeting point. Location Maps: https://bit.ly/3sQseRA
19:XNUMX p.m.:Guided and dramatized tour “Confidències d'una queen” by Sant Pere de Vilamajor. Free by volunteers.
Exit in front of the church. Easy 2-hour tour.
– 20-22:30 pm: Dinner of “Sant Andreu, cadascú es porta ho seu” making a long table in the hallways to get to know each other a little better with the neighbors.
– From 22:00 PM to 23:30 PM: Medieval Trick or Treat by popular demand!
The little ones in the RVs will be able to go around the motorhome dressed as TERRIFYING medieval men (any rag will do!) to ask for sweets or scares (in short, we can repeat Halloween, right?! And, if it's not medieval, any other one will do). disguise! Freedom as for our itinerant tourism!
IMPORTANT: Adults, bring sweets, chestnuts, panellets, cookies or whatever you have because these little ones will come wanting laughter and sweets!
Program Saturday November 4:
– Between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m .: In front of the metal gate of the lower parking garage. The baker comes to your campervan! Pastries and bread to give you energy for the day ahead.
– From 10 a.m. to 20 p.m.: Multiple shows and activities throughout the day at the Vilamagore Medieval Fair: https://www.vilamagoremedieval.cat/
– 13-15 hours: Lunch of “Sant Andreu, cadascú es porta ho seu” making a long table in the corridors.
– 20 pm: Fire Show: Drako's Flame and Fireworks
– 21 pm: Medieval dinner at the tavern with a fire show and concert. Tickets for the dinner must be purchased in advance at the tavern, preferably in the morning. All proceeds go to the Vilamagore association, which makes this festival possible.
Program Sunday November 5:
– 8:30 a.m.: A challenging mountain bike route for the early risers, experienced riders, and those in good shape participating in the Vilamagore gathering. 31 km, 854 meters of elevation gain to reach the Castanyer d'en Cuch, the largest monumental tree in Catalonia by diameter. To guarantee that the 150 registered motorhomes and campers arrive correctly at the two parking spaces set up for the meeting, participants must distribute themselves as follows. Optionally, areas have been set up by type of family, with children, adolescents (from 12 years old) or without children to facilitate socialization at the meeting. See next plan:

With bakery service every morning at 9 am at the entrance of the ground parking
With recycling point and emptying of black water. Access to water and without draining gray water or nearby toilets
Barbecues and camping are prohibited.
Yes, tables and chairs can be taken out for lunch and dinner.
Access only with prior online registration and confirmation by e-mail of the place.
Motorhomes without confirmed registration will not be accepted in any parking lot in the town.
