Barcelona's work calendar for 2021 includes 14 holidays. Of these, 9 parties are state, 3 regional and 2 local. The days chosen by the Barcelona City Council as local holidays are the usual ones of the Second Easter (which in 2021 falls on May 24) and La Mercè (September 24).
