What to know before visiting Ménez-Ham in Kerlouan France?
With hobby houses Menez-Ham is a very attractive Kerlouan destination in French Brittany.
Meneham or Menez- Ham in Breton, is a small village of about 10 very peculiar fishing houses. They look more like hobby houses than fishermen's houses.
Low houses, with shack roofs and nestled in a small cliff overlooking the sea. And for more magic, these houses are protected between large rocks eroded with strange shapes that let the imagination fly.

In the hobby houses of the fishing village of Menezham, today, you will find craft shops and a restaurant-cafeteria where you can enjoy the views of this small town or French hobbit town.

At Christmas, the village lights up and turns into a Christmas market. There is programming every day until January 5.

5 Staying at Camping Beach Meneham
A great option to stay near these hobby houses or fishing village of Ménez-Ham is to do it in the camping or motorhome area that is in front of the beach and 5 minutes from the town: the Beach Meneham camping.
The campsite is one of the best we've been to in French Brittany.
It has a motorhome area with all the services of a good municipal camping. The cost is 8 euros 24 hours with all services except electricity.
Electricity is worth € 3,5 additionally, more than reasonable.
The plots are with grass and you have direct access to the beach. A place 10 without a doubt.
And if you want to stay in one of their Bungalows you will love it.
