Little by little the good news and new openings of motorhome areas with services are happening in our Spanish towns.
An upward trend for the next few years?
Undoubtedly, the openings and planning of new motorhome areas in our country in recent years are an upward trend.
Almendralejo by motorhome: the new motorhome area of Almendralejo in Badajoz
The new motorhome area in Almendralejo with a cost of € 80.000 will be located in front of the Cenatic or on a Miguel Hernández lot and will have a temporary parking lot of 48 hours maximum with all the services for motorhomes.
Today it is still a project under construction but it is already approved by your government and in a few months Almendralejo will be possible by motorhome with this parking for motorhomes and campers enabled with all services.
The Tourist Office spoke of the need for this space for itinerant travelers who have shown that they leave wealth in the villages through their purchases and their hotels.
That, together with the motorhome meeting that took place a while ago and where motorhomes were found at the fairgrounds from all over Spain, gave rise to seeing the need for this parking that would only benefit the people.

What to see and do in Almendralejo by motorhome
Almendralejo is a city in the province of Badajoz, Extremadura, Spain. It is the capital of the region of Tierra de Barros and internationally known as the City of Cordiality and the International City of Wine.
It has a population of approximately 31.072 inhabitants.
Almendralejo is the seat of the regulatory council of the Ribera del Guadiana denomination of origin, which includes a wide territory, being the only denomination of origin in Extremadura. So without a doubt, wine will be a great attraction in these lands for visiting Almendralejo by motorhome.
It is also known as City of Romanticism because it is the birthplace of two of the leading poets of this literary movement, José de Espronceda and Carolina Coronado. Another strong point without a doubt: its culture.
