With the left hand
Learn to write with your left hand (or your right hand if you're left-handed) for a while. Do things like brush your teeth or eat with your other hand.
Car or truck
When you see a car, say "truck," and when you see a truck, say "car." It sounds easy, but try it first. Practice and train your brain to develop its creativity.
Filler word
Have children observe their parents speaking. When they use filler words like "you see," "like this," "that," or "that thing"... say "filler word!"
Play cards or board games, learn a new one
A very traditional group activity that children today still enjoy is playing cards or playing a board game.
Paint stones
If you're outdoors, collect stones to paint with creative designs chosen by the children. Then, give them away.
Birdhouse

Instead of buying things, try making them yourself. A good example that motivates little ones is white glue, which is used for crafts. You can also make glycerin soaps, a salt dough plate, a napkin holder, restore an old piece of furniture, etc. Think of something you need and before buying it, check Google and YouTube for DIY projects! Crafts with children are fun activities that are always a hit.
Make the genealogical tree of your family
It's a great family activity you can do at home. Find photos of the whole family and create lines connecting them. At the bottom are the youngest members, and at the top are the great-great-great-grandparents! Then frame it and keep it safe; it represents your roots.

It is always good to have resources like this. I add some more:
- Cook and take the opportunity to do the calculations (if the recipe is for 4 and we are 5 ...), the different units of measurement ...
- Summer diary: with the special activities carried out during the summer, it can be done in different formats (audiovisual, written, with images or illustrated, fanzine ...)
- Plan a route on a map, the kilometers that are going to be done… (Even if it is how to get to the beach).
- Build cabins in the forest.
- To visit museums.
- Watch movies in original version.
- Observe the sky at night, look for constellations, planets ... Relate them even with mythological legends.

What great recommendations for parents to make with their children! We love all the activities you mentioned. Of course, taking advantage of the freedom and the outdoors, we always recommend traveling and sightseeing with the little ones. In this sense, now that there are so many people aware of practicing sports, we believe that an ideal alternative is to cycle with trailers. In this way, the little ones move with all the comforts and you create a most special bond.
