On your trip to the Netherlands by motorhome, camper or car by free Volendam you must be uA must-see if you like villages with charm and a maritime atmosphere.
This beautiful town is located on Lake Marker, and used to have direct access to the North Sea via the Zuiderzee. Volendam is also known in Holland for the love that its inhabitants feel towards music, you will hear it through its streets, and it is from here the Dutch pop music called Palingsound, in fact there is even a museum about it. We park and spend the night in the Volendam motorhome area. A magnificent area, with plenty of grass, 2 minutes from the beach, which in the heat of the heat wave we made a lot of use of it.
If you arrive before 17 pm, you will have to pay € 6 extra for half a day. Otherwise it is € 12 per day.
