1 Zuheros is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
Visiting Zuheros by motorhome or without, its alleys, its white houses lattice with flowers, its castle built in the rock, its archaeological museum and its viewpoints with views of the Bailón river canyon, will transport you to the most endearing Córdoba.
2 If you like suspension bridges and climbingIn Zuheros you have both at the same time.
You can climb on foot from its beautiful suspension bridge, a site that makes it unique.

3 A must visit to Zuheros is the Cave of the Bats. It is located in the mountains, in an idyllic place, perfect for sleeping if you go with your camper or motorhome.
If you want to visit the cave, think that you must call in advance (957-69 45 45) and book (€ 7,5 for adults and € 5 for children over 5 years old). There are only 2 visits a day for a maximum of 30 people. . One at around 12 o'clock and another at 17 o'clock.
During the guided tours you will not see many bats, but first thing in the morning and at dusk you will see them enter and exit the cave. Quite a show.
During the visit you will find some beautiful caves with archaeological sites from the Neolithic and impressive sets of stalactites, stalagmites and columns.
You will walk all this through 700 steps (350 down and 350 up). If you carry a little one, you already know that you will have to carry it with you. There are stops that do not make the visit heavy at all, but if the little one weighs ... it is to think about it ...
4 Zuheros passes the Greenway of the Subbética Oil that goes from Jaén to Puente Genil. You can spend a nice day in Zuheros arriving by the greenway from Cabra or Doña Mencía (the latter are only 12 km round trip), where you have two highly recommended free motorhome areas or where you can park your car.
The greenway path is very flat and very pleasant. Bring, yes, spare parts for punctures of wheels. Along the way you will find that there is a spiked grass that favors them.
If you do not take bikes, in the same old station, where the greenway passes, from Doña Mencía you have to rent them apart from a good tourist office.

5 When what you like is the mountains, hiking and nature, Zuheros invites you to take a great route: the Bailón River Canyon Trail.
